Here are some of our favourite recipes. Some are traditional and some are modern twists on the luxurious taste of smoked fish. We hope you enjoy them. If you have a recipe you’d like to share, please contact us and if we like we’ll publish it here (giving you full credit of course).

Dartmouth Haddock Smokey
Serves 4 approx
You will need:
Place a layer of tomatoes in the bottom of the dish. Skin and cut the smoked haddock into large chunks and layer it on top of the tomatoes. Grate cheese over the top. Do another layer of tomatoes and pour over the cream followed by another layer of cheese. Season with cracked black pepper – you can use more in between the layers if you’re a pepper fan or less if it’s for the kids. Put in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30-45 minutes until bubbling and brown on top.
Serve with mashed potato and green vegetables or crusty bread and salad.
Variation: Add some chopped pitted black olives to the tomato layers to make it extra special! Order your smoked haddock now!
