We use only RSPCA Freedom Food approved salmon as it is far superior to the standard farmed version and produces an exceptional flavour and texture.

The salmon is deep cured in salt in the traditional way and slowly smoked over oak and beech for up to 8 hours.

Hamper contains 4 packs of Sliced Smoked Salmon, 200g each. Total weight 800g, approximately 6-8 slices per pack.
