We use only RSPCA Freedom Food approved salmon as it is far superior to the standard farmed version and produces an exceptional flavour and texture. The salmon is deep cured in salt in the traditional way and slowly smoked over oak and beech for up to 8 hours.
100g pack contains approximately 4-6 slices. 200g pack contains approximately 6-8 slices. 1.1kg sliced pack contains approximately 30 slices. 1.1kg unsliced pack is a trimmed unsliced side.
